RETURNS PROCESS

At X-Pole, we’re committed to helping you with the highest quality equipment. However, we understand in some cases, returns and exchanges can be required. If something is not quite right, we’ve got hassle – free return process.

From the moment your order lands, you’ve got 6 – 7 working days to start the return process. Just follow simple steps:-

Claiming Damage

1. Unboxing Video: Please capture the Unboxing video without pause, showcasing the product and its packaging. This will help us verify any damage or missing parts.

2. Contact Support: Reach out to our support team with the unboxing video, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Returning a Product

1. Original Packaging: Ensure the product is packaged exactly as it was received, feel free to use the same materials and include all original packaging. To ensure the product is securely packed and avoid damage while shipping back.

3. Inform Our Team: Once your order is packed and ready, notify our team with the packed video of the product to organize a reverse pickup at your convenience.
2. Pickup Scheduling: The reverse pickup can be scheduled according to your convenience. Please note cancelling the pickup more than 2 times will incur additional charges.

– Please ensure you claim your return within 6-7 working days from the date of delivery.

– We’ll dispatch the fresh piece once we receive confirmation about the reverse pickup from our shipping partners.
